Bug Description
7.10 beta has problem with screen resolution
on installing live cd splash screen looks magnified out of place
after installing everything works
nvida propitiatory driver works but the resolution of 53hz instead of 60 hz
after installing update resolution goes haywire (screen resolution program keeps on crashing)
this is due to new option wide screen monitor supporting the new resolution panel which is not enabled by default and plug and play is unable to detect resolution correctly which it did earlier
but after manual setting everything works but login screen is still not right
