Installing software from two disks, CD tray won't open

Bug Description

When installing several different programs on my HP Pavillion Laptop using Gutsy Beta, in both cases when the Wine installer prompted for the second disk, the drive neither opened on its own, nor would it open when the cd tray button was pushed. In order to get the drive to open I used a paper clip to open the drive through the emergency access hole. In the first case, the software tolerated it, but in the second I got an error message from Gutsy and the software install stopped inapropriatly. I believe that the cd tray should recognize that the eject button was pushed.

When something is using the drive the eject button won't work. Right clicking on the icon of the CD and the selecting eject doesn't work either? I'm closing this bug until you make some update on this.

Close them all, I got so disgusted with no support, I bought a MacBook. I
finally found a good operating system WITH good support. I never could get
any support in Ubuntu. I haven't touched it in at least 6 - 8 months but
occasionally get a belated response. I can't understand how anyone gets any
help. Dean
