Bug Description

Ubuntu 7.04 - the Feisty Fawn
Gnome 2.18.1

The "Sound" section in the keyboard shortcuts configuration screen is empty so it is impossible to assign keys to control volume, players etc.

I have the same problem with Hardy Heron. It worked before with the same hardware configuration.

I have no sound shortcut if i use another user of my system too. This problem seems so not linked to a specific user configuration.

Is there a problem with "gnome-control-center" package?

thank you for your bug report, do you get any error printed if you run the it on a command line rather?

When i launch gnome-control-center through a command line, i get this messages:

I haven't checked new versions in a while but as far as I remember I've seen
it fixed in one of the versions after the bug report.

closing the bug since that works correctly now, feel free to reopen if you get the issue again though
