Bug Description
murano-dashboard currently fails to build from source in Ubuntu Wily with the following error message:
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Looking at the version requirement for openstack-
I'm not sure what the solution for this is, but the easiest one might be to patch murano-dashboard to adjust the version number requirement.
