Bug Description

murano-dashboard currently fails to build from source in Ubuntu Wily with the following error message:
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
sbuild-build-depends-murano-dashboard-dummy : Depends: openstack-dashboard (>= 2015.1~rc2) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: python-django-horizon but it is not going to be installed
Depends: python-testtools but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

(See [1] for complete log)

Looking at the version requirement for openstack-dashboard, this is fine in Debian since unstable currently has version 2015.1.0+2015.06.09.git15.e63af6c598-1 [2]. However on the Ubuntu side, the version number is 2:8.0.0~b1-0ubuntu1 [3], which creates an obvious mismatch leading to unsatisfiable dependencies.

I'm not sure what the solution for this is, but the easiest one might be to patch murano-dashboard to adjust the version number requirement.
