Bug Description

When I have Ubuntu Feisty Fawn on my Laptop, the Network Manager/Keyring Manger asked me to enter the password of the keyring manager and the Network Manager read out the WEP Key (Hex 128 Bit).
Now in Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon Beta I must wait ca. 1 Minute then the Network Manager ask me for the Hex key(!).

I looked in the keyring manager, but there it stand fine and clear to read out (the Hex WEP Key).

Now I'm a little bit confused about it, 'cause I don't know: Is it a bug or a feature?
