Binary package hint: vim

Ubuntu 6.04.1 x86: vim package was update but it is missing in the repository:

....

Can you please try do run apt-get update, then retry please ?

:-) It doesn't help, packages are really missing in repository. "apt-get update" updated my DB and after that I receive this messge, for several days now.

The command above is in real "apt-get update; apt-get upgrade -y"

This is strange, can you try with another archive ? http://archive.ubuntu.com in your sources.list for example.

You are right. I changed from repository http://cz.archive.ubuntu.com to http://at.archive.ubuntu.com and I get my vim updates now. It looks as a probelm with repository at http://cz.archive.ubuntu.com

I think CZ archive for 6.06 is still in trouble. I was using AT archive for some time but I think it is in bad condition too. I moved to IE servers and I can confirm that these are OK today.

I received many warnings about missing signatures for packages when I was at AT (and CZ) archive in the past (few weeks ago).

cz.archive and at.archive currently point to the main archive mirror, so the repo errors should be gone now.
