rhythmbox crashes in Feisty while playing certain mp3 songs

Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Package: Rhythmbox
Version: 0.10.0-0ubuntu2

Rhythmbox crashes always at the same point while playing only certain mp3 songs. Curiously the same song doesn't create any problem when played with another application and/or another Os or even the same player in another Os (I have tried rhythmbox version 0.10.1-1+b1 in a virtualised Debian Lenny).

This is what it prints on output:
$ rhythmbox

** ERROR **: file mp3-c.c: line 518 (III_huffman_decode): assertion failed: (i <= SSLIMIT * SBLIMIT)
aborting...
Aborted (core dumped)

My system: Ubuntu Feisty Fawn 7.04

Thanks for your reply.
Here is the backtrace produced by gdb with rhythmbox-dbgsym installed.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

Following https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gst-fluendo-mp3/+bug/105190 , I have resolved the problem by removing the package.

In fact mp3 files are also and better managed by another package called libmad0 ( http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/libs/libmad0 )
which should be already installed on your Ubuntu.
