Bug Description
I just installed Wily daily server iso on an Intel NUC. During the install I saw the installer find em1 as the nic and correctly install things. Post install the /etc/network/

* build/pkg-
universe so not typically installed on systems, and it otherwise conflicts
with the interface naming from systemd/udev. (LP: #1498595)
* Move master kernels to 4.2.0-11.
