Bug Description
After automatic upgrade process (from 2.6.22.12 => 2.6.22.13), devices dependent on restricted drivers don't work anymore. This happend with wireless of my Dell Latitude D520 and on my desktop at home with my video-card...

already fixed, your mirror is outdated.
The Ubuntu Kernel gets updated in stages. If you have the updated kernel, but do not have the corresponding restricted modules, you may be leaving yourself with no X when you reboot. If you have compiled binary versions of your video driver, eg from the nVidia site, you will need to recompile them for the new kernel. This is normal, and not a bug.
