[compiz] sometimes the colour in the window titlebar are not drawn correctly if compiz fusion is enabled

Bug Description
The window titlebar has sometimes the wrong colour (halve has the acivate colour and the other halve has the not activate colour. This occures sometimes if desktop effekts are enabled with the restricted driver (nvidia-glx-new, nVidia 7600GT). In my case it happens someimes if the titlebar is near the top panel and the popup windows are drawn over the windowtitlebar.
(7.10 beta, all updates from mainserver)

I have the same problem: the normally blue title bar is often streaked with white or is completely white. Kinda annoying, but not a huge deal. This is happeneing with an Nvidia driver.
