Bug Description
Binary package hint: gimp
similar to #148985,
Was just doing an update after being away over the weekend. Allowed the update manager to continue until it stopped.
The error is similar to #148985 but with libgimp instead of gimp.
to workaround after the completion of updates:
sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/
all updates are considered complete now.

Thanks for your bug report.
No problem here on amd64, though. Reinstalled gimp + libgimp, no errors.
