Bug Description
bzr use a private copy of configobj version 4.2.0beta2.
gutsy provides python-configobj version 4.4.0 (current as of this writing)
feisty provides python-configobj version 4.3.2
Both 4.3.2 and 4.4.0 fixed bug #149019.
Should we delete our private copy and rely on the external package instead ?

It seems we need to either update or delete it. On Ubuntu and Debian
obviously we can depend on the external package but on other systems
it may make it harder to install from source. So I'd incline to
update it.
