Bug Description
for any new user on laptop once installed UbuntU everything goes right , but
after enabling 3d accelerator it asks for restart.
screen goes blank black on the next start up , the only reason is because after my side views of this problem i found out that the xorg or maybe the system has enabled CRT , but i tried the Fn key to change screen's and still its on CRT . [ yes i plugged a crt on the laptop too ] , i plugged after the black screen just to make sure.
btw when i CTRL ALT F4 my laptop screen works it shows the blinking login with MSdos view black white.
but i dont know i think this is a bug so ,
now good thing i know alittle bit about going in the xorg file sudo nano ..... i put back this line so the system will default the Laptop LCD only rather then CRT Option "UseDisplayDevice" "dfp" and then after the restart my screen works .
i want to know if a new user experience this problem he will be in trouble , why not optimize laptop using dfp ( lcd screen rather then using a crt or going off boundaries . )
btw! this bug was along time ago but i dunno why no body posted its like we professionals fix it manually , rather then we need to bring the new world to experience the amazing nextGeneration system :)
