Bug Description

tested on Mahara 15.10.0

When you copy an institution, site or group page (no matter whether in a collection or not), the title is reverted to "Untitled". The collection title stays correctly.

Bug 1519374: Title lost when copying group/institution page

Problem is we need to do a type comparison when checking how to apply
the title as group/institution pages have owner as null
