Bug Description

Opengl windows want to stay on top of other windows. Plus they smear.
It has been tested on 2 different systems so far - one with a intel video card (dell dimension 3100)
and on a p4 1.4ghz with a ati radion. It is easy to test - just run glxgears from the command line, drag it around and try to have windows in front.
