[gutsy,amd64] GIMP has no print option by default

Bug Description

Start GIMP. There is no File->Print option unless you install gimp-print. I think Print should be there by default. From what I can remember it has always been.

I guess I had to install the gimp-print package. I think it should be default though. It seemed to be before?

Thank you for your bug. ubuntu-desktop Recommends gimp-print which means it'll be installed by default, if you remove recommended packages or don't use the upgrade-manager to do updates you can get such issues, that's easy to workaround and not a bug
