1° In the first relase of beta 7.10, the suspend mode worked properly. Since the 3 last version, it does not work anymore.
2° My camera is not anymore recognised (it worked fine before with 7.04)
3° Lot of problems with a partition fat 32 when i erase file from ubuntu (dual boot with vista). Vista display something like "the first unit of the file (erased) is wrong"
3° I never had sound with my notebook with 7.04 or 7.10 (sound card Intel HDA 450 SIGMATEL HIGH AUDIO). All looks fine but no sound out of the speakers.

Thank you for taking the time to report these bugs. Unfortunately there are multiple bugs in this report, making it difficult for developers to fix them. Please break this report into several. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs?action=show&redirect=BugReports

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, your report would get better attention if you were to submit each bug individually as they deal with different packages and parts of the distribution. Which bug would you like this report to be about? Thanks in advance.

Hey Brian, should we close this bug as the reporter has not responded for over 4 weeks?

That would probably be fine as they have not modified any of their bugs recently. However, one of us should stay subscribed to it so we will notice if they do respond.

I had some problems with gutsy. One of it is I can't hibernate, and sometime even not use sleeping mode. It seems to be connected with the proprietary driver flglx with my ati card Xpress 200M. Using standart video driver solves the problem. Any way, I have decided to go back to feisty with wich I've got (nearly) no problem.

Could you could test in Hardy now or after release and let us know of your results then?

thank a lot to care for.
Testing in Hardy, the sleeping mode works fine and really faster than Vista on
my medion notebook. The hibernate mode doesnt work (either with standart video
driver and with fglrx). It returns an error message that I cant read since it is
displayed too shortly. As I am a non expert linux user, do you know a simple way
to let me have a glance at this message ? (so that I could write you)

It depends... is it like in a terminal from Linux? You could try looking in the following places after you reboot:
/var/log/syslog - find where it restarted, and see if there's any errors before that
/var/log/Xorg.0.log.old - at the bottom

You could also try taking a picture of it. I've done that before.
