Bug Description

On a fresh xenial install, I get the following:
-xenial(root) 269 : dhclient -i ens8
/etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/squid3: 6: /etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/squid3: status: not found
-xenial(root) 270 :

This is because squid3 checks its jobstatus in upstart, but xenial is systemd. It needs to check the appropriate job status.

Is this still an issue? Going through old bugs and trying to find stuff to put in backlog or close.

There should not be any such thing as /etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/squid3 on a fresh Xenial install. The package and all its paths and scripts are now just 'squid'.
