Bug Description

Binary package hint: usplash

usplash timeout command didn't behave like written in manpage.
#usplash TIMEOUT 0
would make usplash waits for ever, but it seems it doesn't wait at all.

I made a little patch in my launchpad usplash branch:

Since this is not a bug which affects us directly, I was hoping for getting bug 152952 settled and merge the entire branch.

However, just to get this off my list I'll cherrypick this and bug 154234 and will upload.
