Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click the pencil icon to edit the PO file entry (i.e. po/pt_BR.po)
2. Fill in 'Path:' po/evolution-
3. Click Attach
4. OOPS-653EB117 IntegrityError ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "translationimp
