Bug Description
Currently, we have two separate templates used to present source and binary publishing record details:
* sourcepackagepu
* binarypackagepu
Both aims to present its contents in a fixed format, which forces us to always change two templates to accomplish any layout change.
Ideally we should 're-factor' them to use a single template macro, making maintenance easier in the future.
