Suggestions arrows not available on Compact layout

Marmuta fixed the problem in trunk and I used his fix to create a patch for onboard_1.2.0-0ubuntu3. I have added the files of the updated onboard version to this bug thread. Somebody might sponsor it for inclusion into the ubuntu xenial repository.

How to verify that the patch works:

- Open the Preferences dialog by using the corresponding button on the layout of Onboard.

- Enable "Show suggestions" in the "Typing Assistance" section of the Preferences dialog.

- Enable "Show more suggestions arrow" in the "Typing Assistance" section of the Preferences dialog.

- Switch to the "Full Keyboard" layout in the "Layout" section of the Preferences dialog.

- Type for example the letter "a" with Onboard into gedit. Onboard will show word completions in the suggestion row. At the right of the last word completion, there is an arrow to show other suggestions.

- Switch to the Compact layout in the Layout section of the Prefrences dialog and type the letter "a" in an empty line in gedit by using Onboard: You will see the completion words in the suggestion line, but no suggestions arrow. That's the bug in onboard_1.2.0-0ubuntu3

- Quit Onboard and the Preferences dialog.

- Install onboard_1.2.0-0ubuntu4 submitted here.

- Start Onboard. It should normally still use the Compact layout and the the suggestions.

- Type the letter "a" in a new line in gedit. The completion words appear in the suggestion line and the more suggestions arrow should be visible at their right: the bug is fixed.
