gnome-panel restarts suddenly every time after login

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

01. Start Ubuntu/Linux (gutsy)
02. Login
03. Desktop is completely loaded (walpaper, gnome-panel with all icons and applets)
02. After 2 - 4 seconds gnome-panels disappear and start again.

Info:
- Desktop effects are enabled

Confirmed

I've the same problem.I'm uploading the bug report file.As it is restarting every 10 seconds,hard to even open any other appliation.I can't even possibly upload the bug report.
