Bug Description

With Kubuntu 07.04 I used gimp 2.2.x. The "Open Location ..." dialog worked fine. But after the upgrade to 07.10 and gimp 2.4 rc3 there was only an error. So I contacted the gimp team. They told me, that a package is missing. I installed the package "gimp-libcurl" and now it works fine.
But I also wanted to report this bug because there should be any depences so that the gimp-libcurl package is installed automatically.
