JavaDoc jar does not define the method Tag.position()

Bug Description

The Tag.class in com-sun-tools-doclets-Taglet-0.7.8.jar does not define the method position() which is available from JavaDoc5 and possibly lower. (wishlist bug report)

Attached is a possible patch: it adds the method to the API, but not sure about the implementation -> it relays to the position() call to ClassDocImpl.position() but not sure if ClassDocImpl keeps track of the tag position. The source file location should likely be OK.
