[users-admin] Delete a group will fail silently if the group is a user's main group

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
If you try to delete a group which is the main group of at least one user, users-admin will fails to delete the group although it will remove it from the group list.
The system-
/usr/sbin/delgroup: `test' still has `test' as their primary group!
although no error is returned to gnome-system-tools.
