Bug Description
While the downloading page opened, adjust the scroll bar at the right side of uksc, the Downloading page display abnormal
打开正在下载界面时，
Steps:
1. Open UKSC, open the Win Replacement page
2. Open Downloading page, adjust the scroll bar at the right side of Win Replacement page
----Failed.
The Downloading page display abnormal

UKSC: 1.3.8-0~308
