Bug Description
1. Open http://
2. There are two 'Series' select box. One with series details and other with (no value). See screenshot
The page also mention: "If you set a milestone expected date, it may show up in your calendar."
The calendar application is gone. That header needs updating

With the new form architecture it is easy to display these fields only if the user has permission to view them. We should fold this into the main 'Change details' action.
