Bug Description

Discovered on avila, haven't tried other desktop modes.

TEST CASE
(Fresh flash, tutorial still activated)
1. Pair mouse, desktop/windowed mode engages
2. Open one app (e.g. terminal)
3. Open second app (e.g. ubuntu-system-settings)
4. "Hover your mouse on the right edge" tutorial appears
5. Hover mouse on right edge
EXPECTED
Tutorial frame dissolves or wipes away
ACTUAL
Trapped!

No amount of hovering, poking, or swiping seems to help, have to reboot--is this me failing to understand instructions?

This is actually not just about the text, but the fact that the tutorial never goes away, other than if you edge-swipe from the right edge.

To be clear, mouse-swiping from the right edge doesn't make the tutorial go away--although I can see the "cards" view of my apps arrayed under the white tutorial page, so maybe the swipe is going to that layer without having an effect on the tutorial?
