Bug Description
Currently there is some output from usermod during postinst, even if there is no change to the user:
Setting up ceph-common (10.1.1-0ubuntu1) ...
usermod: no changes
So just add a "2> /dev/null" to the call to usermod like it is done with all the other user management calls in the postinst.
