Duplicate strings - 16.04

Thanks for mentioning it. Already fixed in trunk.

This bug report and bug #1573249 made me realize that it would be a good idea to update the translation template with the latest changes, so I just did.

Hopefully the new msgid strings will be available in Launchpad in a few hours.

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-docs - 16.10.1
