Bug Description

Receive the following error message when I run: libevent2 is installed on the machine. Occurs with an upgrade from 14.04 AND with a fresh 16.04 build

mysql> install plugin daemon_memcached SONAME 'libmemcached.so';
ERROR 1126 (HY000): Can't open shared library '/usr/lib/mysql/plugin/libmemcached.so' (errno: 2 /usr/lib/mysql/plugin/libmemcached.so: undefined symbol: event_base_set)

This issue was fixed upstream in 5.7.14, so works with the 5.7.15-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 release
