We need to move the version in trusty-backports to main for Docker to support libseccomp:

libseccomp was updated in trusty ESM here: https://usn.ubuntu.com/4001-2/

This could be argued as Won't Fix since trusty is out of standard support, but it did, in the end, receive an upgrade in trusty esm, so marking Fix Released.
