Bug Description

Reported from the forum https://sourceforge.net/p/stellarium/discussion/278769/thread/cbe4fbd6/?limit=25

...
Just downloaded version 0.14.3 at 64 bits. The moon light is off at low altitudes, is there a way to turn it on?
...
From my readings, it seems to turn off at -45 degrees.
The moon light I was talking about is that auxiliar light of the moon, The actual moon when zoomed is ok.

This was actually introduced with bugfix https://bugs.launchpad.net/stellarium/+bug/1533647
