Code from r228

"ubuntu-emulator create" command currently defaults to creating an emulator from the ubuntu-touch/devel channel

The daily "landing emails" on the Ubuntu-Phone ML taught me that the emulator on devel channel is, most of the times, broken.

NOTE: the SDK IDE already defaults to the stable channel, but people who direcly use the cmd line tool will get a devel emulator by default, and that is what this bug is about
