[2.1, 2.0] Can't input dynamic range on "Enable DHCP" after I deleted the dynamic range

Bug Description
This is what I did:
1. Disabled DHCP on the VLAN page.
2. Removed Dynamic range on the Subnet page
3. Tried to enable DHCP on the VLAN page.
3.1. It didn't provide me UI to create a new range.
