Thanks for the translation update!

I'm subscribing Victor Westmann (who was the last translator for Inkscape 0.91) and Rui (who recently translated the tutorials for 0.92) for review.

Victor, Rui, would you be willing to check and validate the new translation?

Apart from it, I see there's a transifex page (https://el.transifex.com/softwarelivre/inkscapebrasil/). Is it an "official" project for the Brazilian translation? Does anyone knows more about it?

I'm sorry about the delay in this answer. I became more active in here just recently. Will check this file in the next few days and do my best to make it as complete as possible. ;-)

Could improve, so far, only 2% (it was 50% and now it is 52%). Will try to continue updating this until it gets to a good percentage.
