Python jobs randomly failing StorwizeSVCFcDriverTestCase.test_storwize_get_host_from_connector_with_lshost_failure

Bug Description

py34 and py35 jobs are randomly failing aforementioned test with [1]. I've seen two hits just today. logstash.openstack.org is unusable at the moment, so I'm unable to look for more.

97 failures in 7 days, 13 in the gate. This is a pretty racy test and if the storwize maintainers aren't going to fix it, it should be skipped.

    Skip test_storwize_get_host_from_connector_with_lshost_failure

    The FC version of this test has been randomly failing for awhile
    now, 97 failures in the last 7 days, 13 in the gate, so this is
    causing resets and it doesn't appear anyone that maintains the
    Storwize driver is working on fixing this, so let's skip it for now.

Still broken as of 7ffc39f07 if you remove the self.skipTest().

Still broken as of 5e3686f (current head of master).

This appears to be an issue with the non-threadsafe use of self.sim in the unit tests.

    Tests: storwize: Work around bug in unit test

    This test has been broken for six years. It would be
    better at this point to just weaken the test than to
    completely skip it and keep tracking a bug for this.
