xpdf prints equations as garbage

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xpdf

Print attached pdf file and all the math comes out as garbage. Printing to postscript has the same result, PS file also attached.

Maybe related to bug 150187? There, kpdf produces good output as well...

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10?

Daniel: I don't currently have an 8.10 machine available to test on (might in a couple of weeks when I get my thesis finished). Could someone else perhaps try it? Should only take a minute (open file in xpdf, print to file, view the resulting ps file).

Just saw that this bug actually pre-dates 8.04 too. My current 8.04 install exhibits the same behaviour.
