They identified it as a duplicate bug, but it seems like the patch might need to be moved into the ubuntu repo's or something, i'm not sure.... not a developer.

Hi,
do you have a problem when you are using the Human Desktop theme ?
if not, this may be a duplicate of bug #131526
the fix will be released with openoffice 2.3.1
