Bug Description

The UKUI control center contains configuration applets for the UKUI desktop, allowing to set accessibility configuration, desktop fonts, keyboard and mouse properties, sound setup, desktop theme and background, user interface properties, screen resolution, and other UKUI parameters.
It froks from mate-control-center, we adjusted the layout for the moment, and will keep developing.
It is a part of UKUI desktop environment: Bug #1663477.

   We have removed libunique and fixed some bugs in ukui-control-center, and upgraded to 1.0.1, can you help to reupload it ?
