This FTBFS on amd64, and in doing so renders build depends of other packages which are dependant on the libgdk-pixbuf2.0-common being installable broken.

e.g. scim-dev build dep of plasma-desktop and kdeplasma-addons is now not installable, and following the dep chain yields in the end....

apt-get install scim-dev libscim-dev libscim8v5 libgtk2.0-dev libgtk2.0-0 libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 libgdk-pixbuf2.0-common

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 : Depends: libgdk-pixbuf2.0-common (= 2.36.5-0ubuntu1) but 2.36.4-1 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Yes, we're aware that this is causing many other packages to FTBFS on non-amd64.

Laney is looking into getting the broken build test working or at least work around it.

@Jeremy

With latest update, nautilus can not thumbnails for png files any more (32 bit). I don't think it's a problem for libgnome-desktop as libgnome-desktop only bumps pixbuf version dependency. Can you reproduce the same?
