Bug Description

Just a bit of cleaning up.

During the RC, Robert will make proper lang strings in the mobile API and for LTI for the title and the descriptions.

Actually this hardcoded string is the proper name for the webservice plugin, so doesn't need translating. So will leave as is.

Was merged in before rc so exists on master and 17.04 branches already
