Bug Description

Description

Nodes registration is failing because tripleo-ui is passing generated uuid as part of nodes json

Steps to reproduce
==================
Try to register nodes by providing instackenv.json

Expected result
===============
Nodes are registered successfully

Actual result
=============
Nodes registration fails because validate_nodes workflow fails because uuid is not expected field

Note:
Ideally nodes registration workflow would allow client to specify uuid of a newly created node. This would allow more interactivity in tripleo-ui because it would know the uuid of a node before it was created. So it would be possible to dynamically move nodes from to-be-registered list to registered-list
