Bug Description
tripleo-common validates nodes before starting registration. It also ensures that nodes don't have identical ipmi address. If so, they need to differ with used port. UI does not allow user to set IPMI port when registering nodes.
Expected result:
UI provides a way to set IPMI port when registering nodes.
