    add logs for virt-customize

    The logs for the repo-setup are not included in collect-logs
    We need to be able to debug failures here.

We're still not getting logs: http://logs.openstack.org/94/498294/1/gate/gate-tripleo-ci-centos-7-undercloud-oooq/54e935b/logs/undercloud/var/

I think it's also worth noting that the critical part of this bug is not the fact that we don't have logs, but that this process is failing on a regular basis. The log collection is simply a stepping stone to fixing that.
