Issue to note in gcp:
  libhugetlbfs - 1 failed (brk_near_huge), 1 killed by signal, 3 bad configuration
  ubuntu_kvm_smoke-tests - KVM not supported by CPU
  ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests - test disabled
  ubuntu_ltp - test disabled
  ubuntu_lxc - lxc-test-ubuntu (Failed to start networking in ubuntu-cloud container)

This bug was fixed in the package linux-gcp - 4.13.0-1002.5
