Bug Description

Add an Ubuntu Single Sing-On provider in gnome-online-accounts. We plan to use this inside:
1) gnome-software
2) software-properties

The provider has been discussed with upstream and they are fine on the idea, Marco did a first code review and upstream said they would review it as well this week.

I forgot to add python3-macaroonbakery as a dependency. python3-macaroonbakery is used in the livepatch python helper and is not automatically picked as a dependency.
