Bug Description

Binary package hint: ntfs-3g

Please update ntfs-3g to latest, 1.1120, for Gutsy.

I have been bitten by the bug fixed in this version where you cannot read a directory with more than about 600,000 files. It's a blocker for me.

Marking as "Fix Released" for Ubuntu, as Hardy has a non-defective version.

This updated ntfs-3g will be available from the "backports" repository shortly. If you are interested in pursuing this for the "-updates" repository, which has stricter guidelines, please use the Nominate For Release function on the left (and preferably also read the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates)
