Bug Description

Hi,
My USB Concord Eye Q Duo 2000 digital camera doesn't work in Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon 7.10.. It does show up in System>Preferences>Hardware Information by name and as a USB device. I have tried to "import" or "acquire" the photo's off the camera itself but none of the following apps I've tried even recognize the camera, F-Spot, The Gimp, or DigiKam. The camera stores photo's on an internal SD card.

Do you have any suggestions or is there something I might need to download to make it work? It uses an SD memory card (internal). Thank you very much,
Sincerely, Cheryl

Please don't file such bugs against Launchpad. All three that you have reported this morning are potential bugs in Ubuntu, so https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu is more appropriate.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
